Wax Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination: Assist in planning, implementing, and managing member programs and vendor partnerships, ensuring programs meet established goals.
Recruiting: Evaluate prospective new Member Distributors and Preferred Vendors, and onboard those approved by the Board of Directors. Proactively source new leads through networking, attending industry events and utilizing CRM tools.
Vendor Relations: Maintain and nurture relationships with vendor partners, assisting with contract management, product promotion coordination, and ensuring fulfillment of agreements.
Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach, target new leads for members and vendors.
Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing and other details to close deals and secure new business.
Member Support: Serve as a primary contact for member inquiries, offering guidance and support to help them maximize their membership benefits.
Reporting and Analysis: Track program participation, compile data and generate reports to provide insights into the success of programs and identify areas for improvement.
Administrative Duties: Maintain program documentation, update member and vendor databases, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of CGNA initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from members and vendors to improve existing programs and suggest new initiatives that align with CGNA’s mission.
Ambassador: This candidate will professionally represent the company during events, sales calls and trade shows and assist the organization to strengthen its brand image in the industry.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in trade associations, program coordination, contracts, B2B relationships and member/vendor recruitment ideally in the wax industry.
Market knowledge of the wax industry and understanding of distributor/manufacturer dynamics is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Experience with event coordination, presentations and vendor relationship management is a strong plus.

Skin Care Business Customer Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and effective handling of customer inquiries across all channels.
Recruit, onboard, and train talented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and administrative staff.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to maximize team performance and growth.
Monitor staff attendance and implement progressive discipline policies
Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends, address pain points, and improve service delivery.
Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Mentor new and current employees – monitor quality and productivity
Provide regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and service trends.
Create and refine scripted responses (macros) to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
Ensure compliance with CS policies and procedures
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to identify and address customer service challenges and opportunities.

Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Warehouse Management of raw materials, components and finished goods as well as coordinating logistics of shipments and deliveries
Fulfill customer orders, pick, pack and ship
Receive incoming materials and document all material movement with traceability in accordance with company’s quality management system
Assist in inventory counts, resolution of discrepancies and reporting
Maintain inventory and materials movement records in MRP / ERP systems
Maintain database of suppliers, customers, and distributors
Responsible for customer order fulfillment and related communications
Assist in material and operations planning to ensure the availability of raw materials, components & finished product
Responsible for kitting work orders and material transfers
Assist in supply chain analysis to support planning of adequate inventory levels for raw materials, components and finished goods
Assist in analyzing data, including sales trends, run rates, forecast, new account starts and corporate strategy
Maintain, update and improve dashboards for monitoring supply chain and operations metrics
Perform all work within company’s quality management system to help ensure compliance with medical device regulations.

Qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience in related field preferred
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze data
